INVALID_APP_KEY on Exchange API - account has no Exchange subscription?

INVALID_APP_KEY on Exchange API - account has no Exchange subscription?

Hi all, new developer here building a personal horse racing bot.

Situation:
- Funded Betfair account, bet placed successfully
via website
- Created developer app MULA_RACING (ID 146973)
- Login via identitysso succeeds fine
- getAccountDetails returns my details correctly
- BUT all Exchange API calls return ANGX-0007
INVALID_APP_KEY
- listAccountSubscriptionTokens returns empty

Is this an Exchange subscription issue? Do I
need to do something specific to enable Exchange
API access beyond creating a developer app?

Any help appreciated!
