INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS in testing environment?

Hi, I am using the delayed/testing API, and I am getting INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS in a failed attempt to input orders.

Do I need to fund my account with fake money, or does this API actually connect to a real account?

I can't remember precisely, but I'm under the impression that one can only make actual bets on the live account and there is no alternative money system for the delayed system.

The delayed data application key will use real money and will place real bets. The prices and events are about one minute behind.
