Are there still restrictions on the free 1000 bets per hour? Or can this rule be canceled? Rules are too old at https://sports.betfair.com/aboutUs/Betfair.Charges/,
for example, there are described restrictions on the methods of the old api

The Transaction Charges still apply if you place more than 1000 bets in an hour.

I know how it should be applied. But the rules contain outdated descriptions, so I'm interested in whether they are taking a tax for this now or not.
Do you charge such a fee for bets?
