Hopefully somebody can answer these simple questions which for some reason are not even touched upon in the developers guide:
1) Regarding "Requesting XML that Lists Past Bets by Status (betHistory)", does the <profitLoss> element include or exclude commission for winning bets?
2) Regarding "Requesting XML That Lists Your Games Account Transactions
(accountStatement)", why is there no betId element for bet transactions? How am I supposed to reconcile the bets I've placed, identified by their betId, with those returned from accountStatement which contain no betId?
The problem I'm trying to solve here is to find out exactly how much was won (net) or lost on any particular bet, identified by its betId.
